  • Where are the Mommy Wears products being manufactured?
    We have tied up with many manufacturers in China who are primarily responsible for manufacturing the majority of our products and their shipping. Having said that, we also have some suppliers in other parts of the world like the United States for some of our apparels.
  • What shipping methods are used and are they free?
    We provide free international shipping worldwide. So, when you checkout, you do not have to pay anything extra for shipping irrespective of your location.
  • What is the time duration for the delivery of my orders?
    As our orders are sent all over the world, we cannot give an exact time frame of your shipment delivery. However, the estimate is that it may take between 10-40 days. The orders are shipped within 2-3 business days of your order placement. Post that, based on the shipping method chosen for your country, your countries’ customs policy, the estimated delivery can take between 10-40 days. If you do not receive your item within 40 days of your order, you can contact us for a refund. The shipping date and time are also affected by festival season, weather, and any such circumstances that are beyond our control. Measures will be taken to deliver your order at the earliest possible.
  • Customs & Regulations
    Every country has its own customs taxes and duties for importing any product and we cannot be held liable for it. If there’s any duty charged by your customs department, it has to be incurred by you. Please note that you will also be responsible for submitting any documents if requested by your customs.   • Is the parcel delivered at home or do I need to collect it?
    Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advice on how and where your delivery can be collected.
  • How to track my order and possible issues?
    After shipping your order, we will update the tracking info on your account dashboard on Mommy Wears and also email the tracking code to you with the instructions on how to track your product. This may take around 3-6 days after your order has been placed.
Please note that different shipping methods are used to ship worldwide. So, your different orders may show you different delivery dates and schedule. In general, ePacket takes about 1-3 weeks to deliver the order while China Post can take as long as 3-5 weeks.
